5. Sharing and Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

6. Retention

Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 2 years from last contact. Client engagement and billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with Estonian accounting legislation. Website analytics data is retained for up to 13 months. Data processed under consent is deleted upon withdrawal of consent, unless another legal basis applies.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
